Bantovet cream /ointment is indicated for the treatment of eczema in children and adults, including atopic and discoid eczemas, prurigo nodularis, psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis); dermatitis, neurodermatitis including lichen simplex, lichen planus; seborrhoeic dermatitis; contact dermatitis; discoid lupus erythematosus.
A small quantity (fingertip unit) of Betamethasone Valerate cream/ointment should be applied and rubbed gently to the affected area 2 or 3 times daily until improvement occurs. This may be reduced as skin begins to get better. Children: Courses should be limited to five days. Do not use it on children under one year of age.
Bantovet Cream: Each tube contains 20 gm cream.
Bantovet Ointment: Each tube contains 20 gm ointment.
